Base date of rights shareholder and the shareholder list closed noticed for an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

In accordance with Article 354 of the Commercial Act and Article 15 of the Company's articles of association, the company shall hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting

To determine the shareholders of the right to exercise voting rights 
Transfer of stock name, registration of pledge, change and revocation thereof, indication and revocation of trust property, etc
