Protection of Whistleblowers
  • Confidentiality : Whistleblower information and report details are strictly protected.
  • Security of identity : Thorough guarantee of identity of informants, prohibition of disadvantages/punishment
  • Responsibility exemption : Whistleblowers are not held liable for reported content related to themselves if submitted in good faith.

Receipt & Investigation

Fact verification begins within 10 days of report submission.

Result Notification

Investigation and result notification are completed within 30 days of receipt.

  • - Please note that reports may not be investigated in the following cases:
  • 1. When the report does not include specific details about the violation (e.g., facts, evidence, or methods).
  • 2. When the report is made with malicious intent or defames the target without factual basis.
  • 3. When the report demands personnel action or disciplinary measures.
  • 4. When the reporter requests actions that cannot be taken by the company (e.g., payment disputes between partner companies).
  • 5. When the report is related to personal disputes between the reporter and the company.
